Your home is a complicated structure. Your report won't be. I pride myself on providing complete reports that are easy to understand. You won't be overwhelmed with information you don't care about. Just factual information about the property and it's condition-and color photos to clarify your understanding. I also include many "hyper-links" within the report to allow you the opportunity to further your education on various parts of your home and how things operate. And it's all organized in an easy to follow format.
A Report You'll Keep and Use.
You're actually purchasing information and expertise from me and you should be able to reference that information at anytime. I not only make your report available online in pdf format, (generally within 24 hours), but I also provide your report on compact disk (CD). Your report is securely stored under password protection on the server, and will be available for up to 60 days. It is recommended that you save a copy to your computer as well. If you would like the report in hard copy with a nice binder, there is a small additional charge of $15 to cover printing and postage.
You can login right here on the website, and download your report to your own PC for future reference and printing. You can also provide the login to others so they can review the report as well. Contractors, realtors, the seller...anyone who needs to see your report can download it right here as long as you give them the correct login information. Click this link for a sample report for your review. Note: Report files are large due to the amount of detail in them. My average reports exceed 65 pages! Depending on your download speed it may take a few minutes to download-please be patient. You'll need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to read the pdf file. Clear, Easy To Follow Pages on Each Phase of the Inspection. The entire report is designed to inform you on the condition of all the systems and components of your property. Your Home Inspection will be an exhaustive examination that can take up to 3 hours to complete. But your report will boil it all down in a concise, readable format. There are checklists of each portion of the inspection as well as detailed narrations and photos. You'll be pleased with the amount of detail and photos in your inspection report.
